We have been conducting Health Awaremess Cources, offering consultation and advising Personalised Food Plan for last 20 years through off line meeting s and courses. However offline activities have lots of challanges and limitations. We therefore swithced to web based protal to reach out the clients through. That too had some challenges and we decided to bank upon Google drive for last five years. Now our updated website being in place we offer the services through this new Avatar.   4. On registration, the system will send an email to your registered email address containing your login credentials. Please note that your account will remain inactive and you will not be able to log in until your payment is confirmed. You need to pay the fees of Rs 3500/- per person to the Health Executive / Nutritionist who enrolled you. There is no provision to pay the fees through thus website. The fees cover Health Awareness Course, Consultation, Personalised Food Plan and 3 months follow up.

  5. Once you pay the amount, please communicate the details of payment to arogyanubhutifoundation@gmail.com and share your Gmail ID.

  6. On receipt of the payment details, your account will be activated by Admin.

  7. You will watch the 9 videos uploaded on page “Health Awareness Course”. We will have zoom meeting to discuss your doubts and questions. The journey through these 9 videos will bw turning point and it is expected that your clarity will mature in to CONVICTION. Which is the cornerstone of implemenation of tyhe food plan on day to day basis.

  8. For designing personalised food plan, you have to get few blood tests done (CBC, HbA1C, Fasting Insulin, GFR, Lipid, Homocysteine, CRP, LFT, KFT, B12, D3, Thyroid). It may cost around Rs 2000/- to Rs 6000/- depending upon which laboratory you choose. If you wish we will guide you in this regard.

  9. You have to login on {{LOGIN_LINK}} and fill the forms in the system and update us. We need detailed information about your likings - disliking of the food, work culture, food intake medical background of self and family etc. You need noy fill entire info in one go. There is provision to fill page by page and save it. After you feed all the info you need to \"Submit\" the info. PLease note that once you submit, you will not be able to edit the data without the permission of Admin.

  10. After we study your case / reports we will suggest the personalised food plan and supplements and update you.

  11. We will have online / offline meeting to explain the food plan and blood reports.

  12. You will follow the food plan step by step and we will support you to face the challenges for 3 months.

  13. After 3 months we will have an online / offline meeting to discuss your progress and decide future course of action. Normally at this point you are well acquainted with the food plan, experienced the potentials, observed the visual changes and are able to manage the challenges. You may be advised to get all or some blood tests done again, if need be. This will reinforce the experience in the form of facts and figures.

  14. Normally, from this point onwards you do not need our support and are capable of managing you own affairs. In case you wish, we will renew the case and continue to support for say another 3 months. The cost of renewal is Rs 1000/- for the next 3 months.
